Sr. Magento Developer

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Magento 2 senior developer to build and maintain eCommerce websites for clients using the Magento 2x framework.

• Will be responsible for front-end and back-end development including the implementation of Magento 2 extensions as well as site integration and security updates.
• The duties of a Magento developer include meeting with the design team, developing Magento modules, coding the templates, troubleshooting interface issues, testing website performance, and updating security patches.

Magento Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss task requirements.

• Creating the website architecture.
• Developing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Theme Integration.
• Developing Magento 2 extensions.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Magento Developer Requirements:

• Excellent Object-oriented programming knowledge.
• Proven work experience as a Magento 2 developer.
• Knowledge of KnockoutJs.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Basic knowledge of creating Magento 2 themes and integrating them.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools – Git/SVN.
• Requirement Analysis and Planning.
• Good communication skills – must.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent debugging skills.

• Hands-on knowledge of Docker.
