Tridhya Tech's IPO Opens on 30th June 2023

Tridhya Tech was incorporated in 2018 and offers top-notch software development services in various domains such as e-commerce, Real estate, Transport & Logistics, Insurance, and other sectors. 

The company specializes in developing customized software products, starting from product requirements, designing the architecture, coding, and testing, deploying to the final deployment of the product. It also provides post-deployment support on a time-to-time basis to our clients and any other service you require related to the product. 

In January 2022, Tridhya Tech acquired Concentric IT Services Pvt. Ltd. (Concentric), a software development company, by acquiring 100% equity. In December 2022, the Company acquired 100% equity of other IT companies - Basilroot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (BTPL), and Vedity Software Pvt. Ltd (Vedity) by achieving 100% equity.

Tridhya Tech Limited is thrilled to share the exciting news about the launch of their new IPO. The price of the shares ranges from ₹35 to ₹42 per share, with a face value of ₹10 per share.
