Shopify Developer

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Shopify senior developer (exp. 3-5 years) to develop functional websites for our clients.
• Will be responsible for back-end development including the implementation of Shopify plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

Shopify Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes and templates to create visually appealing and user-friendly online stores.
• Implement Shopify Apps to add desired functionality to the e-commerce website.
• Configure and integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance the capabilities of the Shopify platform.
• Optimize website performance, including page load speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the website.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development and e-commerce industry standards.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the website development process and after the website launch.
• Manage and maintain the security, scalability, and stability of the e-commerce website.

Shopify Developer Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Shopify developer.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce framework.
• Knowledge and experience of Shopify Page Builder.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Requirement Analysis and Planning.
• Good communication skills.

Add-ons:

Hands-on knowledge and experience on Shopify.
Can understand requirements and allocate work to junior resources.
Hands-on knowledge of creating Shopify themes and integrating them.
