Job Description:

  • Manage inbound Presales requests & allocations, tracking of activities, progress and internal coordination to execute client-required timelines.

  • Streamline processes of the Presales department to deliver quality and cost-effective proposals on-time.
  • Support and optimize existing Presales and organization processes for requirements.
  • gathering, optimized estimates to build quality for sales proposals and responses.
  • Attend lead-level calls along with team members.
  • Must have excellent client-facing skills to brief about the company’s capabilities and do business, functional, and technical consulting.
  • Functional understanding and knowledge of various technologies (Web, Mobile, IoT, Cloud, DevOps) and industry (Retail, Automotive, Hospitality, Healthcare, Transportation and logistics, BFSI) domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in product development and market/technology research to propose product roadmap.
  • Should have knowledge in addressing technical proposals and developing business models/propositions.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills and ability to work with cross-functional departments.
  • Coordination with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission.
  • Pre-sales support in the form of responding to RFPs, and RFIs, preparing proposals, and presentations, creating case studies, and client visits.
  • Have a good Knowledge of writing user stories, SRS, FRS, and BA documents/deliverables.
  • Good understanding of business models like Fixed Cost, Dedicated Team Model, and Time and material.
  • Has good knowledge of Project Implementation Methodologies like Agile Scrum.
  • Establishing processes & templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs or deals.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team as appropriate (e.g. handle technical questions and escalate them when required, conduct training and/or briefings) and must have good experience in Product demonstration, product Solutioning, and PoCs.
