The focus of this case study is one of our clients who is in the recruitment industry. This client provides recruitment services to help job seekers find their dream jobs and employers hire the right talent. Our client has been in business for over a decade. The recruitment company is one of the many subsidiaries of the parent company. Connecting various businesses and synchronizing data between the parent entity and the subsidiaries became cumbersome for the client.
Tridhya Tech stepped in and eliminated these problems. We created a multi-tenant portal that optimizes job-finding and recruitment processes. What methodologies did we use? How long did it take? What were the results of this project? This case study will shed light on these questions and more.
Developing a portal to meet the needs of job seekers and recruiters meant adding multiple features and functionalities for both parties. On top of this, ensuring data security and a unified user experience was another major challenge.
Employers and job seekers must enjoy a tailored experience on the same platform. Both have different needs, so their functionalities must be different too. The challenge lies in incorporating a host of features to meet diverse needs.
Integrating data between the HR systems of the parent company and the subsidiaries, as well as other systems like CRM, IMS, finance, and directory services was challenging. Regulatory compliance and data security were crucial since external parties are involved in recruitment.
We designed a multi-tenancy portal that effectively addresses the challenges of managing the parent company, its subsidiaries, and other third parties. Also, all the entities and third parties can customize the portal to meet their specific needs.
Our recruitment portal comes with pre-built security features that protect it from vulnerabilities and external threats. Companies don’t have to invest in new software to ensure data security and compliance.
Separate functionalities for recruiters and job seekers ensure that both can achieve their desired objectives. Now, recruiters can manage job openings and resources, and conduct interviews while job seekers can update their profiles and apply for jobs.
Developing a job portal for this client was an uphill task. Besides ensuring separate functionality for job seekers and recruiters, we also had to convince the stakeholders about the design. We convinced them and designed the app, which received rave reviews. Job seekers reported more calls and emails. Recruiters also stated they could find candidates with the right experience and skills for the vacancies they had to fill. Lastly, the admin also expressed his happiness and credited the web app for efficient record-keeping.
