Our client is a digital marketing firm that provides performance marketing services by leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies. Most companies want to grow their customer base, earn more revenue and expand their operations. With meticulous planning, advanced technology and analytics plus the right expertise, our client helps companies achieve their business goals.
However, our client faced uphill challenges like API integration, integrating multiple channels, and addressing customer feedback. Tridhya Tech understood their problem and assigned them a dedicated team. Hours of discussions, brainstorming and testing helped our client iron out the flaws and emerge victorious.
Our client struggled to integrate the Matomo API into their project. Their objective was to use the Matomo API to accurately track and report website data.
Our client faced difficulties in organizing and managing contact lists in multiple modules while sending out messages via broadcast mode. Delays occurred due to technical issues and integration hurdles.
Due to an indexing issue in the background process, the segment module ran in a never-ending loop, making no progress whatsoever. Fixing this issue required considerable time and effort.
We adopted a systematic approach to integrate the Matomo API and subsequently provide it the required access to track the specific project. After connecting the API, they developed the system for website data tracking. Finally, the Matomo API could be used for data collection and report generation.
Using the batch processing technique allowed us to group contact updates from multiple channels and process them simultaneously. This reduced the system load and boosted its speed and performance.
Fixing the indenting issue required us to perform a complex debugging process. We optimized the code and improved the logic and instructions which stopped the incessant looping.
We faced numerous challenges during this project including website analytics tracking (Matomo API), Facebook webhook integration, broadcast module implementation, bug identification in the segment module and more. Instead of relying solely on Waterfall or Agile methodologies, we adopted a hybrid approach. During the planning phase, we followed the waterfall approach, and during the development and problem-solving phases, we used agile methodology.
Thanks to this hybrid approach, our team built a rock-solid foundation for the project, adapted to changes quickly and ensured seamless collaboration throughout the project. It took us a year to complete this mammoth project.
