Business was good but I08Altitude faced the challenges of managing customer interactions. Additionally, their employees were so busy attending to core business tasks that they did not have enough time to manage their online business portal. Using innovative tools and strategies, TridhyaTech helped 108Altitude develop a robust trader platform and resolve customer issues.
Budding stockbrokers learning the tricks of the trade had numerous questions. Due to limited teaching staff and their unavailability outside working hours, many questions went unanswered. 108Altitude lacked a central platform to handle these queries, track test scores and performance. At the same time, it became challenging to convey last minute updates.
108Altitude's older training platform had technical issues. Users reported these issues, but there were certain questions and issues that even their IT department couldn't handle. They lacked the specialized technical knowledge to handle these problems. Delays in problem resolution caused users to leave or not renew their subscriptions.
Earlier, it was hard for 108Altitude’s training professionals to measure the success of their efforts. Practical and written tests didn’t do justice to measure a user’s understanding of financial concepts. Also, many users were hesitant to share details of their financial investments after completing the training/course, making it harder to measure the effectiveness of the training.
Using agile methodology, TridhyaTech's developers designed a customized web-based platform with industry-specific features. The platform became the central repository for documentation, training material, user details, and other information. Users could also log in requests related to issues they faced while using the platform (ticketing system) and also to get answers to specific questions.
Even after creating the portal, users reported issues and queries. Most of these queries arose due to their unfamiliarity with the portal and the right way to use its features. Our technical team imparted the requisite training to 108Altitude’s IT team and others. This training enabled them to understand the new portal and respond to user tickets and queries.
Test scores may not always be an accurate indicator of a user’s subject-matter expertise. Our portal includes a mock replica of an actual trading platform. It allows 108Altitude to determine user understanding of financial concepts and their decision-making abilities. Details of users who started their ventures or gained employment post-training serve as success metrics.
When we embarked on this project, we knew that the client didn’t have a streamlined approach to customer service and data management. We anticipated the challenges, but we overcame them with proper planning and execution. Once we developed a project blueprint, we zeroed in on the resources we would need to use to accomplish the project.
