Docura, a portmanteau of “Doctor” and “Curated,” is a carefully picked collection of baby care products by two of the industry’s leading pediatricians.
Docura isn’t just an online store of baby care items but a vetted and thoroughly filtered curation of products that conform to the highest standards of baby care. The market is full of baby care products, but only a few are safe or beneficial—which is what propelled the idea for Docura. The website aims to elevate the baby care experience by providing parents with access to only the safest and best baby care products on the market.
There was an inherent gap in the baby care market. Parents constantly look for baby care products that are not just safe but doctor-approved before they decide to make a purchase. Our client needed a website that could sell baby care products online that are vetted by leading pediatricians in the industry.
There was a need for blogs, forums, and social media buttons to promote customers' engagement with the brand and with each other. Our client wanted to create a customer community at the store where parents can connect and discuss feedback about baby care and other topics.
Our client stressed the need for a website that was easy to browse, delivering a seamless shopping journey from start to finish. The website needed to be responsive so that visitors from phones, tabs, or other devices could enjoy the same high-quality user experience, regardless of the technologies incorporated in developing it.
