Unisheq provides services like training, auditing, and consulting in the areas of health, safety, environment, and quality management. Unisheq hired Tridhya Tech to revamp its online presence and develop a portal and website that meets its clients’ SHEQ compliance requirements. The aim was to ensure that companies and organizations follow rules and guidelines related to employee safety, environmental protection, and the delivery of high-quality products and services.
One of the challenges faced by Tridhya while developing Unisheq’s portal was integrating different file formats into one system. Safety files could come in various formats, such as PDFs, Word documents, or Excel sheets.
Tridhya Tech was required to develop a platform for training employees of various companies on health & safety compliance topics. The platform trains employees on safety protocols and the Unisheq System for analyzing data and preparing reports.
It was difficult to develop a system for employees with varying degrees of technical expertise. The system needed to be simple to use and navigate, which required a focus on user experience and intuitive design.
Tridhya team initially tried merging all documents into a PDF, but found it ineffective. They then explored other options like standardizing file formats, using versatile software, automatic conversion tools, and document management systems. These solutions improved performance in terms of documentation of safety, health, and the environment.
Tridhya solved the challenge of employee training and support by integrating the Unisheq’s System with LMS using an API. This allowed companies to create courses in the LMS to enhance skills and knowledge, resulting in improved user adoption and overall performance in safety, health, and the environment.
Tridhya designed an intuitive user interface that was easy to navigate, with a focus on improving user experience and intuitive design. This solution has improved user engagement & adoption and reduced the risk of errors caused due to user confusion. Moreover, the system has been designed in a way that makes it easy for employees with varying levels of technical expertise to use.
Tridhya Tech successfully developed a modern and efficient online SHEQ platform for Unisheq. The system’s performance improved significantly due to the standardization of file formats and integration with a Learning Management System. The use of advanced technologies and third-party libraries also helped enhance the functionality of the system. The incorporation of new features, combined with a user-friendly interface, has resulted in a high-quality product.
