Our client is a well-established restaurant in the food industry that wanted to create a mobile app to satisfy the needs of their loyal customers and attract new customers by offering them a convenient way to order food online. The app should be user-friendly and allow users to customize their orders. They also wanted a secure payment method to be integrated into the app to facilitate online payments. Additionally, the app needed to include a feedback form so that customers could express their opinions on their orders and highlight the greatest discounts the restaurant was currently offering. Tridhya Tech was approached to develop a mobile app that would streamline the online food ordering process for the restaurant’s customers.
Designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface that would provide users with a smooth experience when placing their food orders was a challenge for Tridhya Tech. It was essential to ensure that the app's user interface wasn't overly complicated or crowded with features and options.
In order to accept online payments, Tridhya Tech had to integrate multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. All payment options had to be secure and easy to use for customers.
Another challenge faced by Tridhya Tech was managing a large volume of orders and feedback from customers. The client needed to make sure that all client comments were gathered, reviewed, and analyzed in order to continuously improve their services.
Tridhya Tech utilized a combination of user research, wireframing, and prototyping to create an intuitive and user-friendly design for the app. Our team designed a visually attractive user interface for the app. Moreover, we also added simple navigation that offered quick access to all of the essential features of the app.
