Our client approached Tridhya Tech to develop an online bookstore platform with user-friendly features and efficient management capabilities. The client’s requirements included content management for static pages, inventory management for books across categories, participation from libraries, and a gift card system. In addition, the platform needed to incorporate a shipping and order management module to simplify the order management process, track order status, and ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
Tridhya Tech faced the challenge of seamlessly integrating a Content Management System (CMS) to manage the content of static pages on the online bookstore platform. The CMS needed to allow easy backend content updates while also allowing for customization.
Developing an efficient inventory management system for books across various categories was a significant challenge for Tridhya Tech. The platform needed to support a large number of books while allowing for easy categorization and subcategorization.
