UI/UX Designer (2 to 3 Years experience required, Open Position : 2)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design ideas and concepts
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the user experience
• Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for performance
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, design standards, and design systems
• Work closely with developers to ensure design is implemented accurately and effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
• Develop a deep understanding of the user and use that knowledge to inform design decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field or proven experience
• Basic Knowledge of Web Layout fundamental and Limitation in HTML, CSS
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, XD, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
